Curated conversations allow us to slow down and think deep.

The table has multiple empty wine glasses, cloth napkins with floral and patterned designs, small candles, and some containers. A mirror with an ornate white frame is on the wall in the background.

Table Series

The Table Series isn’t about networking. It’s about creating the conditions for women to think out loud, ask better questions, admit what they don’t know and consider perspectives they might otherwise miss. In a world of constant noise, the psychological safety to dig deep is the ultimate luxury that cannot be tapped through networking.

Participants are encouraged to separate fact from assumption, bring fresh perspective to the familiar, and use emotional intelligence (EQ) to become more comfortable sitting with ambiguity.

We intentionally strip away the bells and whistles—there are no podiums, no speeches, and no slide decks. There is a table, a carefully considered question and a conversation designed to go somewhere. Lilikoi Project curates the atmosphere, the table anchors the dialogue, and the dialogue drives the transformation.

Private Facilitation

Conversations designed for the issues your team needs to work through.

Some conversations need a different environment. Sometimes it means stepping outside the office, sometimes that means changing how the room is structured. Lilikoi Project removes participants away from the conference table, the presentation decks, the pressure to perform…and replaces them with a thoughtfully designed space, carefully curated questions and a room to think deeply.

We work with you to design the conversation before anyone ever sits down at the table. We work to understand the people, the purpose and the questions worth asking. Then we design the conversation around what needs to happen in the room.

Private conversations can be designed to address:

  • When a team is changing

    • Leadership transitions

    • Difficult organizational change

    • Succession planning

    • Generational differences

    • Strategic resets

  • When relationships are changing

    • Friends becoming leaders

    • Rebuilding trust

    • Competing perspectives

    • Culture and belonging

    • Retention

  • When the future is unclear

    • AI and new rules of engagement

    • Collaborating across organizations

    • Thinking beyond the obvious, shift in mindset

    • Making decisions amid ambiguity

    • Growing psychological safety and a fail-forward attitude

Our role isn’t to have all the answers, it’s to make the conversation better - so your team can think more clearly, hear one another more fully and move forward with greater clarity.

A well-designed, private facilitation will help your team bet better equipped to:

  • ask better questions

  • hear perspectives they might otherwise miss or intentional avoid

  • challenge assumptions without creating defensiveness

  • make room for quieter voices

  • move beyond surface level discussions and simple majority agreement

  • stay with difficult questions

  • identify what actually matters beneath the surface

  • leave with greater clarity

POP! HAWAII

Celebrating Women of Enterprise and Influence.

Once a year, Lilikoi Project unites executives, entrepreneurs, leaders and community to celebrate International Women’s Day.

POP! HAWAII is our annual signature event. We host a festive, curated marketplace featuring exclusively female-owned brands, inviting guests to look past the transactional nature of a typical market. Here, the focus is on discovering the stories and the women behind the craft. By nurturing these relationships, we elevate the "buy local" movement and foster lasting sustainability for Hawaii. Buy Local, Know Local.

As for the name? POP! HAWAII is a subtle nod to the energy of pop-up spaces and the celebratory pop of champagne bottles —two arts we have joyfully mastered.

Lilikoi Project builds social fluency and leadership growth through curated conversation.
